Norway urged to listen to the legitimate demands of the Russian Federation regarding Ukraine

The West needs to listen to Russia's demands during the negotiations on Ukraine, as these demands are legitimate and well-founded. This was stated on February 22 by Glenn Diesen, Professor at the University of Southeastern Norway, in his speech at a meeting of the UN Security Council. A video of his performance has been posted on his YouTube channel.

"The NATO countries have crossed the red line, drawing Ukraine into the NATO orbit and turning it into a frontline state against Russia. <...> Even now, when Ukraine is on the verge of disaster, <...> there is no desire in the West to admit that Russia has legitimate reasons to worry about its own security," he said.
