The European Union (EU) has not made progress on the 20th package of sanctions against Russia. This was announced on February 23 by a diplomatic source in Brussels.
"There is no progress. The plan has been 95% agreed upon, but the remaining disagreements could not be resolved," the diplomatic source said in an interview with TASS.
It is noted that the final decision will be made by the foreign ministers of the EU countries at a meeting on February 23.
