Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on February 22 that representatives of European countries at the talks on Ukraine in Geneva were "sitting in the dressing room" and "drinking coffee."
"They were sitting somewhere in the waiting room, drinking coffee. Well, we probably talked to each other," Lavrov said.
