On February 22, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky made another appeal to Western allies and asked them to increase arms supplies to Kiev.

He stressed the urgent need for the supply of complexes capable of intercepting ballistic targets.

"We need systems that work effectively against ballistics. Thanks to all the partners who help us with the purchase of air defense missiles through PURL and their own supplies," the President of Ukraine wrote in his Telegram channel.

On February 20, Zelensky reported problems with the operation of Starlink terminals in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Earlier, on February 10, due to the shutdown of the Starlink satellite communications system, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost a platoon of the elite Skala regiment in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
