Russian President Vladimir Putin adheres to correct rhetoric and does not allow himself to make harsh statements about the heads of other states. This was announced on February 22 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"Putin always keeps within the bounds of decency, does not allow himself bad words addressed to the heads of other states," he stressed.
