The Kalashnikov Concern intends to recover more than 35 million rubles from the Intertechnika parts supplier company through the court. The relevant information follows from the case file.
"Kalashnikov Concern JSC filed a lawsuit against Intertechnika LLC to recover 29.944 million rubles of unjustified enrichment...> 5,348 million rubles fine under the contract dated April 5, 2024," the document says.
According to investigators, Intertechnika supplied the concern with semi-finished parts for ammunition, knowing about their non-compliance with technical requirements. The contract was executed within the framework of the state defense order.
The case has been accepted for consideration. The court hearing is scheduled for March 30. According to the materials, the defendant's representative objected to the claim.
The defendants in the case are Alexey Morokhov, head of Ivanovskie Kovshi LLC and founder of Intertechnika, Alexey Ledenev, director and founder of Intertechnika, winner of the Dancing with the Stars show, and Yuri Chernyshev, ex-director of the company.
A criminal case of fraud on the fact of embezzlement on an especially large scale from the Kalashnikov concern in the Ivanovo region was initiated in November 2024. The basis for accusing Morokhov of fraud was the testimony of witnesses questioned during the inspection, they pointed to him "as the person who committed the crime," as a result, Morokhov was detained.
