Special Envoy of the US President Steve Witkoff promised good news in the context of the Ukrainian settlement in the coming weeks. He said this on February 21 in an interview with Lara Trump on Fox News channel.

"Hopefully you'll hear some good news in the coming weeks," Witkoff said.

He clarified that negotiations could take place within three weeks, opening the possibility for a trilateral meeting between the presidents of Russia and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, as well as President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
