The plane carrying out the 11th and last flight for tourists to Cuba took off on February 21 at 20.30 local time (February 22 at 04:30 Moscow time).

Flight FV 6928 from Varadero flies to Moscow. Arrival is scheduled for 16:49 Moscow time.

Despite the difficulties, Russians are not putting off traveling to a Latin American country.

Tourists were advised to refrain from traveling to Cuba due to the critical fuel situation. The Russian Union of Travel Industry reported on February 11 that organized tourists can rely on alternative vacation options, postponement of travel dates or a refund. Travel agencies are advised to suspend the sale of tours until the situation normalizes.
