On February 21, the Prime Ministers of Hungary and Poland, Viktor Orban and Donald Tusk, respectively, argued over the financing of Ukraine.

"Prime Minister Orban has just blocked European aid to Ukraine, Kaczynski is trying to block SAFE, that is, funds for defense and the Polish arms industry. Guess who's happy," Tusk wrote on the social network X.
