Footage from the scene of a fire in a private house in the Moscow region has been published

A private house in the village of Konstantinovo, Voskresensky district, in which four children and an elderly woman died, was completely destroyed by fire. This was reported by Izvestia on February 21.

"According to preliminary data, the cause of the fire could be an emergency operation of the heating boiler. Investigators and criminologists from the Moscow Investigative Committee are working at the scene of the incident," said Olga Vradiy, Senior Assistant to the head of the Main Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow Region.

It is reported that law enforcement agencies are conducting an inspection of the scene and the wreckage of the building.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow region reported that the fire occurred in a private wooden house in the Slavny residential complex in the village of Konstantinovo in the Voskresensk city district. At the time of the fire, five children between the ages of 3 and 14 and their 61-year-old grandmother were in the house. Only the eldest boy managed to escape — he jumped out of a second-floor window.
