The launch of the Artemis II manned mission to the Moon, scheduled for March, has been postponed due to technical problems. This was announced on February 21 by the head of NASA, Jared Isaacman, on the social network X.

"I understand that this development is disappointing," Isaakman said.

As reported by his words "Newspaper.Ru", the "March time window" will no longer be considered for launching the mission.

The Reuters news agency reported on February 14 that American billionaires Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos are actively promoting their space programs, focusing on the exploration of the Moon. Musk plans to build a lunar base through SpaceX, and Bezos' Blue Origin company has also stepped up work on its own lunar program, shifting its focus from Martian projects.
