General Kuvshinov, accused of fraud, pleaded guilty

The Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow has received a submission on the special consideration of a criminal case against the former head of the 9th Medical and Diagnostic Center of the Russian Ministry of Defense, General Konstantin Kuvshinov, accused of fraud in the procurement of medical equipment. This became known on February 21.

The Prosecutor filed a motion for the application of a special procedure for making a court decision in connection with the conclusion of a pre-trial cooperation agreement. The law stipulates that such an order is possible if the accused fully admits his guilt, it follows from the documents available to RIA Novosti.
