With a combined strike, the Russian military destroyed the barracks of UAV operators of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) along with militants in the Pisarevka area in the Sumy region. This was reported in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"The combined strike destroyed the barracks of the UAV operators of the 225th separate assault Regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Casualties among the personnel have been confirmed," the source told RIA Novosti.

Earlier that day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that fighters from the Zapad group of forces had destroyed camouflaged dugouts and enemy personnel. The blow was delivered by high-explosive shells at a distance of about 10 km, and after completing the task, the soldiers changed their firing position.
