The expert named professions with a pension of over 1 million rubles

Cosmonaut instructors, as well as cosmonauts of the 1st class, can receive pensions over 1 million rubles. Alexander Safonov, a professor at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, told about this on February 21.

"An astronaut of the 1st class can receive a monetary allowance, taking into account the "flight" up to 1.25 million rubles, and an instructor-cosmonaut — up to 1.375 million rubles. The pension amount can reach 85% of the monetary allowance, that is, 1,062 million rubles and 1,168 million rubles, respectively," he explained in an interview with TASS.
