Russian fighters of the North group of forces spoke about the work on drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

On February 21, Russian servicemen of the North group of forces spoke about the work on drones and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Sumy area in the special military operation zone.

It is specified that Russian fighters observe a large concentration of Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). In this regard, the soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces go on reconnaissance in pairs — one controls the situation on earth, the other in the sky.

The Russian 152-mm Msta-B howitzer is used to destroy the drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. It is aimed at the target for further destruction.

"I volunteered for the Donbass motorized rifle battalion, then signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Well, to eradicate this evil, to help this cause, so that it all ends, so that people can live peacefully," the commander of the Msta-B cannon of the 34th brigade with the call sign Donbass told Izvestia correspondent Tatiana Simonenkova.

During the fighting, paramedics work to rescue Russian servicemen.

"As they tell me, I pulled out a lot, but I honestly don't remember. There were moments when you were running back and forth day after day. <...> You don't count who pulled out how much. The main thing is that you got out, the main thing is that you treated him, he arrived calmly," explained the paramedic of the 352nd regiment company with the call sign Echo.

At the same time, there is a decrease in the number of Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters. At the same time, they are eliminated not only during the fighting, but also due to frosts.

"They have problems with people. <...> They had mercenaries, these Colombians and others. And as soon as the frosts hit, <...> they were actually found dead in the basements, frozen," said the battalion commander of the 352nd regiment with the call sign Wanderer.

The day before, the crew of the upgraded TOS-1A Solntsepek heavy flamethrower system of the Guards Regiment of Radiation Chemical and Biological Protection of the Center group of forces prevented a counterattack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Red Army area. The enemy's positions were revealed using reconnaissance drones. After that, the crew of the Solntsepek moved to the deployment area and equipped the firing points necessary to protect against enemy drones. Then a series of volleys of 220 mm thermobaric ammunition was fired, with a range of 20 km.
