The court in Moscow nationalized assets of Sirena-Travel
The Nikulinsky Court of Moscow has satisfied the claim for the recovery of the property of the owners of Sirena-Travel to the state revenue. This became known on February 20.
The hearings on the case were held behind closed doors. Following the consideration of the claims, the court ruled in favor of the State.
"The claim has been satisfied in full," RIA Novosti told the participants in the process.
On February 6, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office filed a lawsuit demanding that the property of the owners of Sirena-Travel be converted into state revenue. The defendants include several individuals and legal entities with stakes in the company. The lawsuit was filed within the framework of the law on monitoring the compliance of expenses of officials with their incomes.
