President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced on February 20 that the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) faced problems with the operation of Starlink satellite communication terminals.

"There are problems, there are challenges. I asked the Minister of Defense (of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov. — Ed.) to do everything in his power," Zelensky said in an interview with the France Press agency (AFP).
