Ice shows with figure skating stars will be held at the Moscow Seasons venues

From February 22 to March 1, as part of the "Winter in Moscow" project, ice programs with the participation of figure skating stars will be held at the venues of the capital. This was announced by the organizers.

The central venue will be Revolution Square, where famous athletes whose achievements have entered the history of world sports will perform. Among them are two-time European and World Team Championships silver medalist, four-time Russian champion Maxim Kovtun, Russia's first Olympic champion in women's singles Adelina Sotnikova, as well as five-time U.S. champion and two-time winner of the Four Continents Championships Peter Chernyshev. The producer of the productions was the Olympic champion in ice dancing Tatiana Navka. The special star cast of the ice show, timed to February 23, will present the program on February 23 at 16:30 on Revolution Square.

The program includes a medley of the best ice ballets. The audience will be shown the chamber show "Just Love", dedicated to sincere human feelings, and the fairy tale "12 months", conveying the atmosphere of wonder and the changing seasons.

Pyotr Chernyshev, who also acted as a choreographer, noted: "These days, when spring moods are in the air and even the coldest ice is warmed by the warmth of human hearts, we come out here to share this joy with you, to remind you that real art is born where there is sincerity. That's why our show is called "Just Love." After all, love is the most important miracle that we can give each other in these almost spring days."

In addition, on February 23, at 16:00, a free master class for professional figure skaters from Evgeny Plushenko will be held at the Teply Stan site. After it, two Swan Lake gala shows are scheduled - at 17:30 and 19:30 — with the participation of Evgeny Plushenko, Yulia Lipnitskaya, Alyona Kostornaya, Georgy Kunitsa and pupils of the Plushenko Angels Academy.
