On Friday, February 20, US President Donald Trump announced that he plans to sign a decree on the introduction of a global duty of 10%, which will be in addition to the previously imposed tariffs.
"He (Trump. — Ed.) stated that he would use one set of trade powers, <...> to impose a comprehensive global tariff of 10%," The New York Times (NYT) newspaper quoted him as saying.
