The General Staff told about the new tactics adopted by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Kupyansk

The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), whose representatives realized the impossibility of taking Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region, began to take steps to broadcast the so-called "media victories." This was announced on February 20 by the head of the Main Operations Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Colonel-General Sergei Rudskoy.

"The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, realizing the real impossibility of taking control of Kupyansk, switched to the tactics of media victories. Its essence is to demonstrate the imaginary successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this area," he said in an interview with the Krasnaya Zvezda newspaper.
