DOM.RF presented proposals to optimize the investor's client path

DOM.RF presented proposals on optimizing the investor's client path at a round table in the Federation Council. The event was dedicated to the mechanism of support for investors investing in the preservation of cultural heritage sites, the state-owned company said.

"A simple and clear client path, the ability to quickly process the necessary documents online, and receive a service in a few clicks are important in any field. Working with legacy is no exception. While working to shorten the investment and construction cycle of WINDOWS, we pay attention to all aspects that can help us in this. Today, on the heritage.dom.rf platform, it is already possible to select an object, switch to a trading platform, and apply for a loan," said the managing director of DOM.Russian Federation Anatoly Azizov.

He added that the HOUSE.The Russian Federation proposes to determine the list of public services that can be provided to investors on the Heritage platform in the future without unnecessary budget expenditures. The initiative includes a draft law aimed at improving regulation in the field of window restoration.

"Joint work is underway with the Ministry of Culture and the leadership of the regions to form an on-site restoration plan for at least 1,000 windows by the end of 2030 based on the results of the first half of this year. I am confident that by creating transparent conditions for investors and implementing support measures at all levels, we will jointly ensure the fulfillment of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation," Azizov stressed.

The round table was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Economic Development, and DOM.Russian Federation, as well as regional authorities. They discussed proposals for amendments to the legislation aimed at optimizing the window restoration processes. The participants of the event, in particular, spoke in favor of creating the possibility of transferring heritage sites from public ownership with the right to purchase to investors within the framework of integrated territorial development projects.
