Police have detained a 16-year-old college student who set fire to a pump at a gas station in Moscow. This was announced on February 20 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.

"The identity of the alleged attacker has been established. He turned out to be a 16-year-old first-year student at a technology college. For further investigation, the young man was taken to the territorial police department," she wrote on the channel in the MAX messenger.
