On February 20, the FSB's Public Relations Center released a video recording of the elimination of an attacker who was preparing a terrorist attack in Stavropol on Defender of the Fatherland Day.
The released footage shows the stages of preparation of an agent of the Ukrainian special services to commit a terrorist attack, as well as the immediate moment of a military clash with special forces personnel. The ministry clarified that the attacker planned to carry out an explosion at one of the facilities on the date of February 23.
