On board the Robinson helicopter that disappeared in the Amur region were police officers and the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia, who were returning from the scene. This was announced on February 20 by the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

"It was established that in the evening of February 19, a Robinson R44 aircraft carrying an investigator from the Oktyabrsky Interdistrict investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Amur Region and the head of the Department of district police and Juvenile Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Oktyabrsky took off from a logging site located in the Amur region in the direction of the village of Romny, Romnensky district Amur Region," the agency's channel says in the MAX messenger.
