Next weekend, on February 21 and 22, as part of the large-scale Maslenitsa city festival, which is part of the Winter in Moscow project, the Chefs and Pancakes campaign will be held on Tverskaya Boulevard. This was announced on February 20 by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, on the website mos.ru .

It is noted that famous restaurateurs and chefs of the capital will share their author's secrets of making pancakes. The main feature of the event is its charitable purpose: all proceeds from the sale will be used to support participants in the special military operation (SVO).

According to the portal, chefs Maxim Tarusin, Eduard Arkhipov (Chanoir Grand Cafe), Yuan Bin Tao (Peking Duck restaurant), as well as Denis Perevoz, president of the Moscow Culinary Association, will take part in the action.

Thus, the Chefs and Pancakes campaign will become not just a gastronomic celebration, but a place where culinary art and charity unite.

Yesterday it was reported that folklore concerts, theatrical performances and animation programs will be waiting for the guests of the Maslenitsa festival at venues throughout the capital. It is noted that folk melodies in a modern interpretation will be performed on the stages of the festival grounds, folklore groups and neo-folk groups will perform, sports events and master classes will be held.
