In Kharkiv, a man changed his gender to female so that he would not be mobilized. This was reported on February 19 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

"The Migration Service has issued a new passport to a newly minted citizen, where "Female" is officially indicated in the gender column. After that, she turned to the TCC (territorial recruitment center, an analogue of military enlistment offices in Ukraine – Ed.) with a demand to remove her from the military register," the Telegram channel said.

It is clarified that the TCC refused, stating that without the decision of the military medical commission (VVC), she remains a man liable for military service.
