Private Baranov evacuated a wounded soldier during an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces

Private Sergei Baranov saved a wounded comrade by giving him first aid and delivering him to the evacuation site. The press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on the exploits of Russian servicemen in the special military operation zone on February 20.

Baranov's group was rotating in positions when it came under attack from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). One of the group members was injured. Despite the continuing threat, the soldier provided first aid to the victim and independently delivered him to the evacuation site, from where the wounded soldier was taken to a medical facility.

The Russian Defense Ministry also noted the professionalism and dedication of Private Alexander Golikov, who, as part of the support group, delivered food and ammunition to the artillery position.

Golikov's car was attacked by an enemy UAV. The private was wounded, but decided to continue the combat mission. Golikov managed to deliver the cargo to the destination, as well as pick up two wounded soldiers from the positions of the artillery crew, whom he evacuated to a safe place for treatment.

On February 19, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation told how Private Valery Komarov, during the storming of an enemy stronghold, was one of the first to enter the AFU stronghold and eliminate an enemy machine-gun crew.
