Despite the outflow of personnel that occurred with the beginning of the special military operation (SVO), there is no shortage of staff in Russia. This was announced on February 19 by Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council and chairman of the United Russia party.

"You know, the rumors about the personnel crisis are greatly exaggerated.
