The Ministry of Health of the Lipetsk region told about the condition of the victims of the collapse of the workshop

All eight people who were hospitalized after the collapse of the roof of one of the workshops of the Motorinvest company in the Lipetsk region are receiving medical care. This was announced on Thursday evening, February 19, by the press service of the regional Ministry of Health, citing the head of the department, Lilia Samoshina.

"As a result of an emergency (emergency. — Ed.) at the Motorinvest plant, eight victims were [received]. Three were hospitalized in the Lipetsk Regional Clinical Hospital," the department's Telegram channel says.

Four more people, as specified, were taken to the Yelets City Clinical Hospital in a moderate condition, and one more was placed in the Lebedyanskaya central district hospital.

On the same day, the governor of the Lipetsk region, Igor Artamonov, announced the collapse of the roof of a welding shop in the village of Grebenkino, Krasninsky district. A criminal case was opened into the incident, which was recorded on an area of 5,000 square meters. m. under Article 143 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of labor protection requirements"). 114 people and 35 pieces of equipment were involved in the elimination of the consequences of the incident due to, according to preliminary data, accumulation of snow.

The head of the region said that after the collapse, eight people who were recovered from the rubble were hospitalized. At that time, the condition of four of them was assessed as severe, and the remaining ones as moderate.
