United Russia has started collecting citizens' initiatives for the election program

The United Russia Party has begun to collect citizens' proposals for a popular election program. This was announced on Thursday, February 19, by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, chairman of the party Dmitry Medvedev, at the first branch district forum of the party in Yekaterinburg called "There is a result!".

"The national Program is a working document. In addition, today we are announcing the start of collecting proposals from our citizens," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

At the event, Medvedev clarified that Russians can contribute their initiatives to the "There is a result!" website. The applications, he added, will be subsequently studied by experts to form a new election document.

On February 11, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, speaking about the formation of the national program, clarified that its content would be divided into two parts — a block of long-term planning and an election program, which in turn would be the result of feedback from citizens. According to him, five years have passed since the approval of the previous document, so an adjustment is required taking into account the current agenda.
