A passenger car flew off the highway in the Vikulovsky district of the Tyumen region. The driver died on the spot.
The accident occurred on the Vikulovo—Kargaly—Serebryanka road. According to the <url> news agency, a 37-year-old man driving a Lexus car lost control and drove into a ditch. The motorist died on the spot, his 38-year-old passenger was injured.
The State Traffic Inspectorate clarified that the driver was stripped of his driver's license in 2025 for drunk driving. An accident investigation is underway.
