GAC has announced the configuration of the S7 crossover for Russia

The GAC S7 hybrid crossover, which will go on sale in Russia in early March, will be offered in two trim levels. This is stated in a message from representatives of the brand, which was received by Izvestia on February 19.

In the basic version of the ST, the GAC S7 crossover is equipped with 20-inch wheels, integrated door handles, LED headlights with a high beam control assistant, a panoramic roof, a heated windshield, an electric tailgate and an external battery indicator light that allows you to assess the charging status from a distance.

By default, dual-zone climate control, a steering wheel with leather trim and heating, front seats with electric adjustments and position memory with ventilation, heating and massage functions are also available. Seats with an electric backrest angle adjustment up to 137° and a memory function are installed in the second row, the rear right seat is equipped with an ottoman. There is a media system with a 15.6-inch screen (with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), an 8.9-inch digital dashboard, an audio system with 12 speakers, soundproof glass in the front and other options.

In the more advanced version of the SX Premium, the crossover additionally has optics with interactive daytime running lights, which allow the owner to choose up to eight design options thanks to 2,248 diodes, as well as door closers and soundproof windows at the front and rear. The interior is finished in nappa leather and suede. In addition, the top-end version includes second-row seats with massage function, a 27-inch projection display, 21 aerodynamicists, 10 airbags, a parking attendant and a wide range of driving assistants.

Earlier, on February 13, GAC revealed the characteristics of the new S7 crossover. The sequential hybrid power plant consists of a 1.5 liter gasoline turbo generator engine with a capacity of 156 hp and electric motors with a capacity of 340 hp. Acceleration of the GAC S7 from zero to 100 km/h takes 6.7 seconds.
