Peskov called pointless the participation of Europe in the negotiations on Ukraine

Russia sees no point in the participation of European representatives in the negotiations on Ukraine, as their statements contribute to the continuation of the conflict. This was announced on February 19 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"The overwhelming majority of points of view expressed in European capitals are more likely to contribute to the continuation of the war rather than attempts at a peaceful settlement," TASS quoted Peskov as saying.
