The Israeli Army announced attacks on Hezbollah rocket launchers in Lebanon
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced another attack on Hezbollah rocket launchers in southern Lebanon. This was announced on February 19 by the press service of the Israeli army.
"On Thursday night, the Israel Defense Forces attacked Hezbollah's terrorist infrastructure facilities in several areas of southern Lebanon," the ministry said in a statement on its Telegram channel.
It is noted that the attack was aimed at weapons depots, launchers and military installations, which, according to the report, are used for attacks on Israel. The IDF stressed that the presence of these facilities in Lebanon is a violation of the agreements between the countries and that the Israeli army will "act to eliminate any threat to the State of Israel."
On January 26, the IDF reported that it had attacked targets used by the Hezbollah movement in southern Lebanon. It is specified that as a result of the strikes, Mohammed al-Husseini, the chief of Hezbollah artillery, and Javad Basmu, a member of the movement who operated at a weapons production facility, were eliminated.
