Rosneft talked about the process of digitalization of the service at the gas station

Rosneft continues the large-scale digitalization of gas station complexes. For example, the company has launched a food delivery service from branded Grain cafes located at gas stations in Moscow and the Moscow Region and is implementing self-service systems. Currently, such cash registers operate in more than 40 regions of Russia, and their total number exceeds 1.5 thousand units, the press service of PJSC NK Rosneft reported.

According to the company, the simplicity and convenience of the interface ensured a high level of demand for the service.: at individual gas stations, the share of transactions through self-service cash registers exceeds 60%. This helps to reduce customer service time and increase the capacity of the stations.

At the same time, the redistribution of the workload allows the staff to pay more attention to the visitors of the cafe "Grain", where those who wish can drink coffee and have a snack.

The development of the project provides for various formats, from fully automated stations to outdoor terminals capable of operating in any climatic conditions. Expanding the range of gas station services and consistently implementing modern digital solutions to create a comfortable and technological environment for customers remains one of the priorities of Rosneft's retail business, the company stressed.
