The head of the European Diplomacy, Kaya Kallas, sent a document to the EU countries listing the requirements for Russia in Ukraine. This was reported on February 19 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".

The publication writes that among the demands were the numerical reduction of Russian troops and their withdrawal from some territories, by analogy with Ukraine. In addition, according to the document, the territories liberated by Russia should not receive legal recognition.
