Negotiations on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict are at a stage where they should not be publicly discussed. This was announced by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing on February 19.
"We don't want to go into details and we won't do it. Now the negotiations are at a stage that should not be subject to public discussion," Peskov said.
He also did not announce the venue of the next round of negotiations.
