Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) attacked the infrastructure of the city of Velikiye Luki. This was announced on February 19 by Mikhail Vedernikov, Governor of the Pskov Region.

"There is an attack by UAVs on civilian infrastructure facilities in the city of Velikiye Luki, please do not approach the windows, if you are on the street, take cover in the nearest building or room. All operational services are operating in an emergency mode," he wrote on his channel in the MAX messenger.
