Two people were injured in an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Belgorod region

In the Shebekinsky district of the Belgorod region, two civilians were injured as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on February 18 by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov in his channel in the MAX messenger.

According to him, in the village of Meshkovo, an FPV drone hit a car in which there were men.

"Two men were taken to Bolshetroitskaya regional hospital," the head of the region said.

One of the victims was diagnosed with a mine explosion injury and a shrapnel wound to his shoulder, his condition is assessed as serious. The second man received shrapnel wounds to his face. After providing assistance, both are scheduled to be transferred to the regional clinical hospital. The vehicle was damaged.

Gladkov reported earlier that day that in Belgorod, as a result of falling fragments of downed drones, a fire broke out on the roof of an apartment building. It was promptly eliminated.
