In Russia, the system of remuneration of medical workers will be improved

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on February 18 that the country would improve the system of remuneration for medical workers, as well as improve the quality and accessibility of medical care for citizens.

"We will definitely continue to increase the potential of primary care medical institutions at all levels of healthcare, and improve the system of remuneration for medical workers, <...>..> do everything to ensure that medical specialists work in modern, comfortable conditions," Putin said.

The President also noted that citizens should be able to receive timely and qualified assistance "regardless of where they live and work."
