The prosecution has asked for two years of probation for the rapper Goof in the robbery case.

The state prosecution has requested two years of probation for rapper Gufa (real name Alexey Dolmatov) in a robbery case in the Moscow region. This was announced on February 18 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the hall of the Naro-Fominsk City Court of the Moscow region.

For the second person involved in the case, Gevorg Sarukhanyan, the prosecutor requested a similar measure. Both defendants pleaded not guilty.

On January 14, the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Moscow Region announced that Gufu had chosen a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the robbery case. Then the rapper pleaded not guilty. In addition, he did not agree with the charges.

The incident involving Dolmatov occurred on October 23, 2024 in the Moscow region, in the premises of a sauna and wellness complex in the Naro-Fominsk city district. Dolmatov and his friend Gevorg Sarukhanyan got into an altercation with a man. They also stole his smartphone. Sarukhanyan twisted the victim, and the rapper threatened him and punched the man in the face several times.

It was noted that a criminal case had been opened into the incident in accordance with paragraphs "a, d" of Part 2 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Robbery, that is, open theft of other people's property, committed by a group of persons by prior agreement, using violence that is not dangerous to life and health, and with the threat of such violence"). Besides Guf, Sarukhanyan was also involved. Then the court ordered the musician to ban certain actions.
