Luxury brand Aurus talks about plans for 2026

As part of the 2026 production program, Aurus will focus on three priority areas: process improvement, innovation, as well as personalization and customer service. The company's press service announced this in its Telegram channel on February 18.

"The production of the first domestic luxury cars is a great responsibility and a significant contribution to strengthening Russia's industrial sovereignty," Aurus representatives said.

On February 15, the company announced that the Aurus production plan for 2026 is being implemented on time and in accordance with planned targets. Aurus made such a statement after the Telegram channel "Russian Automobile etc" reported that the production of Aurus in Yelabuga has been put on pause since the beginning of February, the downtime will last at least until the end of March.

Currently, work is underway at the Yelabuga site to modernize production operations along with preparations for the release of an updated model. Later, the site will continue operating normally, the company noted, but did not specify a time frame.
