Four people were killed and 29 injured in an accident in Colorado, USA. This was reported on February 17 by The Denver Post newspaper, citing sources.

"Four people were killed and 29 injured in an accident <...> in southern Colorado, in which more than 30 cars were involved," the publication said.

It is noted that the incident was caused by strong winds that blew away the ground on the I-25 highway. At the moment, the area near the accident in the north direction is closed.

The victims were taken to hospitals, the extent of their injuries is unknown.

According to the newspaper, four goats in the trailer of one of the cars also died during the incident. The remaining 28 survived — the animals were evacuated.

All the circumstances of the incident are currently being investigated.
