The results of the XVI National Award in the field of multichannel digital television "Big Digital" were summed up in Moscow. The final of the competition was traditionally held on the first day of the 28th CSTB.PRO.MEDIA Media Industry Forum, where a professional jury and the audience awarded the best digital projects, TV channels, original films and series.
The series "Lilies of the Valley. The Second Spring" (released on the Wink platform) won the nomination "Melodramas/Dramas". The prize was awarded based on the results of the audience vote. The continuation of the story about the love of a rich heiress and a simple tanker against the background of a special military operation (SVO) confirmed the success of the first season, which has collected more than 100 million views. The project was created by the World Russian Studios company together with NMG Studio.
In the Historical Series category, the professional jury of the Big Digital Award noted the Dear Willy project, which aired on REN TV last November. The four-part political detective tells the story of secret negotiations between Soviet Secretary General Leonid Brezhnev and German Chancellor Willy Brandt, who, according to the creators, saved the world from a nuclear catastrophe in the 1960s. The image of Leonid Brezhnev on the screen was embodied by Sergei Makovetsky, and his counterpart— Chancellor Brandt, was played by Kirill Kyaro.
"When we watched the working material, we all noticed one very important thing for ourselves: the historical figures of that period are not shown as fools, but as smart, astute politicians who wanted to save the world, and they saved it," said Irina Shcherbovich, Director of production at KION.
The series "Chelyuskin. The First", created by Art Pictures Vision on behalf of NMG Studios, was recognized by the audience as the technological breakthrough of the year. The epic six-part drama about the rescue of polar explorers won the award for best computer graphics. The showrunner of the project was Fyodor Bondarchuk, and the main roles in the series were played by Gleb Kalyuzhny, Stasia Miloslavskaya, Kirill Kyaro and Dmitry Kulichkov.
The Big Number Award was held this year for the 17th time. In total, the organizing committee received over 250 applications. The contestants presented to the jury projects in the field of innovative technologies, video content for TV and digital broadcasting, as well as original shows, films and series of their own production, released in 2025.
On February 12, the film projects "Red Silk" and "Dear Willy" won the III "Heroes of a Big Country" film Award, two more series of the National Media Group became winners in their nominations: "Lilies of the Valley. Such a tender Love" was awarded as the "Best Film Project", and "Curious Varvara" as the "Best Children's Film Project".
