The leader of the British right-wing Reform UK party, Nigel Farage, called on the police to launch an investigation into the connections of the brother of King Charles III of Great Britain, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, with American financier Jeffrey Epstein. This was announced on February 17 by the LBC television channel.

"Of course, it hurts to say this about a member of the royal family, but it's obvious. The Epstein case has raised the veil of secrecy. In fact, there are more questions than there were before the files were published, and yes, I'm afraid, unfortunately, Prince Andrew does have questions that need to be answered," he said.

LBC added that Andrew has been at the center of a scandal over his ties to Epstein for several years. In early December 2025, Charles III stripped him of all titles. One of the latest batches of files on the financier's case contains photographs of the prince bending over a young woman in the billionaire's New York mansion.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said on January 31 that the brother of King Charles III, ex-Prince Andrew, is obliged to testify in the US Congress in the case of American financier Jeffrey Epstein.
