An integrated territorial development project will be implemented in the Solntsevo district of Moscow on Matrosova Street. The corresponding decree was signed by Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, reports mos.ru .

The area of the reorganized site is 0.56 hectares. It is located between Domostroitelnaya Street and MKAD, near the Meshcherskaya station of the fourth Moscow central diameter. Outdated facilities are currently located on the territory.

It is planned to build a multifunctional complex on the site, which will house offices, bank branches, and shops. As a result, over 500 jobs will be created. In addition, landscaping and reconstruction of the road network are planned.

The Moscow government has approved 179 projects for the integrated development of territories with a total area of over 1.6 thousand hectares, within which it is planned to build more than 33 million square meters. m of real estate.
