Law enforcement agencies have been involved in eliminating the consequences of the collapse of the military police building in Sertolovo. This was announced on February 17 by the Governor of the Leningrad Region, Alexander Drozdenko.

"I instructed the security unit to assist the military in clearing the rubble," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Drozdenko also said that units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations are at the scene of the incident.

As a result of the tragedy, three people died.

A source told Izvestia about the collapse of the roof in the building of the military commandant's office in the Vsevolozhsky district of the region. It was noted that there were casualties as a result of the incident.

The Main Military Prosecutor's Office (GVP) reported that the situation related to the collapse of a building on the territory of a military camp in Sertolovo, Leningrad region, is under control.
