A complaint was filed against Kirkorov in the State Duma because of a plot on the banks of the Moskva River.

Saratov businessman Gleb Ryskov filed a complaint with the Prosecutor General's Office (GP) against singer Philip Kirkorov, who has a plot of land on the coast of the Moskva River. Information about this follows from the court materials, which Izvestia reviewed on February 17.

On February 13, the Krasnogorsk City Court dismissed Ryskov's claim. The businessman then clarified that the location of the site contradicts the Water Code and environmental legislation, and also damages nature.

The new complaint notes that the artist's representative asked the court to dismiss the businessman's claim, including because access to the coastline was restricted not only by Kirkorov, but also by his neighbors. His words were confirmed: Ryskov found out that 46 plots located near the water, including land owned by Kirkorov, are privately owned, contrary to current legislation.

The businessman asks the prosecutor's office to take measures to free the coastal strip of Kirkorov and his neighbors from all buildings and restore the natural landscape of the coastal strip. In addition, it is going to go all the way to the Supreme Court (SC), where there is already a similar practice of decisions.

The total cadastral value of the coastal strip is estimated at 689 million rubles.
