In Plavsk, a man died on the spot after a fight with a teenager

In Plavsk (Tula region), a 42-year-old local resident died after a fight with a 17-year-old teenager. The young man was detained, the press service of the regional department of the Investigative Committee reports.

The tragedy occurred on February 15 near a cafe on Kommunarov Street. A conflict arose between a man and a young man. During the scuffle, the minor struck his opponent several blows in the face, from which the victim died on the spot.

An inspection was carried out at the scene, CCTV footage was seized, and forensic examinations were ordered. A preliminary analysis confirmed the link between the teenager's actions and the man's death, TSN24 writes.

A criminal case has been opened under Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Causing serious harm to health, resulting in death by negligence"). The investigation is ongoing.
