In Krasnoyarsk, in 2026, 925 people will move from an emergency housing fund to new apartments. The resettlement is planned as part of the program for the resettlement of citizens from the emergency fund. It is included in the national project "Infrastructure for Life".
KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, referring to the regional Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, writes that this concerns residents of 31 houses. 160 apartments were purchased for them. It will be possible to settle more than 11 thousand square meters of housing.
In total, the agency clarifies, at least 1,8 thousand people are planning to be relocated from emergency homes in the region by the end of this year.
A new resettlement program was launched in the region in 2025. It will last until 2030. By this time, according to the national project, about 20 thousand residents of 337 thousand square meters of emergency housing will be relocated. We are talking about houses that were declared emergency from 2017 to 20222.
Homeowners are offered payments or apartments in other buildings. Those who live in municipal apartments move to other houses.
In January, it was reported that in Tyumen, in 2025, a program for the resettlement of citizens from residential buildings of blocked buildings was completed. The city administration said that a program has been completed to relocate citizens from residential buildings in blocked-off buildings that were declared emergency before January 1, 2017, and apartment buildings that were declared emergency before January 1, 2017 for reasons unrelated to physical wear and tear during operation.
